Call for papers in ‘Person Centred Practice in Orthopaedic and Trauma care’

Guest editors Prof Brendan McCormack and Prof Tanya McCance welcome the submission of papers in the special issue of the journal ‘Person Centred Practice in Orthopaedic and Trauma care’. Research papers that focus on person centredness in orthopaedic and trauma care including developing staff attributes, practice environments and processes to facilitate person-centredness and outcomes achieved via person-centredness approaches as well as discussion of the macro context of person centredness including global, national and local strategies, guidelines and policies are especially welcome.

Manuscript submission information:

The Journal’s submission system will be open for submissions to our Special Issue from 15th May 2023. When submitting your manuscript please select the article type “VSI: Person Centred Practice”. Please submit your manuscript before 15th July 2023.

All submissions deemed suitable to be sent for peer review will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Once your manuscript is accepted, it will go into production and will be simultaneously published in the current regular issue and pulled into the online Special Issue. Articles from this Special Issue will appear in different regular issues of the journal, though they will be clearly marked and branded as Special Issue articles.
