As a representative of Kristianstad University in ICoP, my engagement is founded on our strong commitment to person-centredness, which forms the basis of both our Nursing and PhD programmes. Through this framework, our students and doctoral candidates develop a person-centred approach in both care and research.
My personal motivation for participating in ICoP is to further strengthen person-centredness in education and to ensure that this approach is carried forward into clinical practice. We are committed to continuously advancing person-centred education and research. Membership in ICoP provides valuable opportunities for collaboration, mutual learning, and contributing to the development of person-centredness nationally and internationally.
